Kelly Copeland, Principal

Kelly is the founder and president of Copeland Construction Ventures, LLC. Before founding CCV, LLC, he consulted and developed a healthcare model for the treatment of Alzheimer’s patients under the corporate entity called Fatima Partners International, Inc.  He sold the Intellectual Property and still consults in this field.  Formerly, Kelly spent thirty (30) years leading Copeland Construction and Development, Inc. as a contractor, real-estate broker and developer building high-end custom homes in Arizona.  Kelly has served for twenty (20) years as chairman of numerous prolife and business advocacy organizations. 
In 2009, he and his wife founded Fatima Women’s Center, a non-profit women’s clinic in Tucson, AZ.  At the helm of CCV, LLC, Kelly brings together his varied personal and professional experiences to accomplish the mission of elevating the dignity of all in an ethical corporate model.  He has degrees in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Arizona, is enrolled at the University of Mary to receive his master in Bioethics, and is a native of Tucson.

Barbara Copeland, Vice President

Barbara started her business career as a legal secretary and escrow
assistant before becoming a full-time homemaker and mother of six (6).
While homeschooling her children for eighteen (18) years, she took on leadership positions within both the homeschooling and prolife communities. She and her husband founded a non-profit women’s clinic
called Fatima Women’s Center (FWC), which gives medical care
to underserved women in the Tucson community. 
She fully implemented all policies and procedures of FWC and continues
to serve as Executive Director overseeing all administrative
and operational responsibilities.  FWC is not only a 501(c) (3)
public charity, but is operated by an ALL VOLUNTEER staff.
Expansion of FWC’s scope and services is planned in 2016.

Frank de la Ossa, Project Manager

Frank has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in sales and management.  He has sold and serviced products from Lipton, McCormick and Purina, from the store level to the corporate level.  He has also sold home improvement and janitorial services.  Frank’s pursuit of perfection comes from his many years in management and production supervision.  He takes a very “hands-on” approach to the products and services he provides.  He attributes cultivating relationships and exceptional customer service to his success.  Frank is a native of Tucson, who is proud to have ancestors that pioneered parts of Southern Arizona.

Scott Kezer, Realtor

Scott’s experience in construction began in the late 1970’s.  He served in the Air Force working on the Titan II missiles here in Tucson.  He worked fifteen (15) years at Honeywell.  He received his real estate license in 1991, and started working as a full-time realtor in 2001.  Scott is an Associate Broker at Kelly Copeland Real Estate Company, and owner of Marana Home Services.
He brings with him fourteen (14) years of sales and marketing experience having been part of the successful ReMax Deakin, Baker, Glouser team.  Prior to that, he worked on aerospace equipment with over thirty-five (35) years of experience in electronic technical expertise, home repairs, and renovations.  Scott is especially adept at solving the unsolvable, which has given him an excellent reputation as a “can do” customer service proponent throughout the Tucson and surrounding areas.  He has served the Tucson community on a variety of
organizations advocating for the disabled and the unborn.
He championed the AYSO Region 206 VIP program in
1999 serving families with disabled children.
